Welcome to iahimo.ie! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online shop. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Iahimo.ie is an online gift shop selling candles, natural soaps, matches, bath bombs and boxes for different occasions. Our email address is iahimo.shop@gmail.com.

We currently ship only within Ireland.

2. Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself and your shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where:

The product is out of stock.
There are pricing errors.
There are issues with the delivery address.

3. Payment

All prices listed on iahimo.ie are in Euros (€) and not include VAT. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit cards
Direct bank transfer
PayPal

Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched. If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within Ireland. Orders will be dispatched within [1-2 bussines days] of receiving payment, and shipping typically takes [1-3] business days.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.

All orders bigger then 100 euro includes free shipping.

5. Return and Refunds

5.1. Eligibility for Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at iahimo.shop@gmail.com with your order details.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like bath bombs, soaps, and other personal care items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

5.3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days.

5.4. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are free of errors or that the products will meet your specific expectations. Colors and designs of products may vary slightly due to lighting or manufacturing differences. About scented candles: the shapes of the stones, the wick, and the glass jar can vary, ensuring that every candle is one-of-a-kind. This artisanal touch means no two candles are alike, making each one a special addition to your collection.
